Logo Design: Delivery Process
Ordering a logo design is quick and easy. Just follow the
five-steps outlined below and you will get a logo that you are
guaranteed to be happy with.

Step 1

ORDER FORM
After selecting the package that best meets your needs, you will be
taken to an Order Form. The first part consists of a simple private
information questionnaire. The contact details you provide at this
time will be used for further communication during the entire logo
design process.
The second part, the Creative Brief, is very important for your logo
development process as it will help us create the right initial logo
designs for your company. Please be as detailed and relevant as
possible. We need to know the exact text for your logo, tagline, if
any, your preferred colors, keywords related to your business field,
etc., in order to design a logo that differentiates your company and
is inline with your tastes.

Step 2

PAYMENT
You will then get a chance to process your
payment. To get the
project started, we will ask for a pre-payment in the amount of the
package you choose. Please remember, however, that we will guarantee
our work. If for some reason, we did not match your chosen style in
the initial drafts, we will refund your money.

Step 3
|
|
LOGO DESIGN (initial concepts)
After your payment has been received, we will begin working on your
project. We will assign you temporary URL which will
enable you to view the logo (in low-res) and send your comment on the logo designs
to us.
In 3 business days we will present you the first 3 or 6 initial
designs (depending on the selected package). You will be able to
view your samples and choose the one with which you would like to
work. At this juncture, if you don't like the initial draft, we will refund your
money. Once we have moved to Step 4, we no longer offer refund as we have
started working on the final design.

Step 4
|
|
FINE TUNING (redraw sessions)
Once you have reviewed your initial concepts we will begin working
on your redraws. You might see something that is perfect as it
stands, but more than likely you will request changes. In each
redraw session we will provide a number of additional concepts
depending on your needs.

Step 5
|
|
DELIVERY (download and CD-ROM)
FREE CD with every purchase!
When you feel completely satisfied with the final work, we'll post
JPG, GIF, PNG and BMP versions of your final files immediately to our
website. You can download them to your computer for immediate use.
They will remain on our site for a whole year so you can access them
at any time.
A few days after we have finalized your logo, we will send you a
CD-ROM with full-color and grayscale versions of your logo. They
will be saved in PSD, JPG, GIF, PNG and BMP formats. The PSD file
contains your original artwork.

Note
MizuOnline had no choice but to hold
delivery of your new logo design until confirmation is received from
merchant that all payments has been duly made.
